PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept payment by cash, cheques and most major credit & debit cards except American Express

DAMAGES
In the event of any breakages, damage, loss or exceptional cleaning required after the room is vacated, we will notify the guest making the reservation within 48 hours of any costs incurred and will charge this payment to your credit card.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your credit or debit card details will be requested to secure your room reservation. No booking is confirmed until credit/debit card details have been received:-
During the current covid-19 outbreak we have amended our cancellation period and you can now cancel up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.

CANCELLATION BY US
For the foreseeable future we have amended our cancellation policy and guests can now cancel up to 24 hours before arrival with no charge. However, should we need to close due to covid-19 and our staff be required to self-isolate we would, regrettably, have to close the B&B immediately. Hopefully, this will not happen.

We reserve the right to cancel any letting should you or any member of your party cause damage to the property, its furniture or contents or should you create a disturbance to any adjoining rooms or neighbours.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number agreed at the time of booking for each room. If we become aware that the number of people staying exceeds the maximum number, we reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. In these circumstances, there will be no refund for unused days.

LOST KEYS
A charge of £25 will be made towards the cost of replacement for each set of lost keys.
